We provide you (“you”, “your”, “your” or “Customer”) access to our services (“Service”) through our website located at mastersessays.com, the mobile website and mobile application (collectively, the ” Website “) owned and operated by the company E-Biz Partners, subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which may be updated by us from time to time.
Use or access of our website constitutes your acceptance of the below terms and conditions. The terms and conditions outlined in this page are guidelines designed to keep your use of Mastersessays.com safe, respectful, and effective. Before accessing the Services, please read the following Terms carefully, as they constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Company. The Website is only a platform and in no way will it be a party to any contracts entered into by Authors and Clients or any other services or materials provided by the Independent Author.

General Information

By browsing the public areas or accessing and using the website, you acknowledge that:

Order Details and Customer Specifications

The order is placed by completing the free quotation form provided on the Website and in no other way.
The order form will include all necessary information such as the type of work, scope and deadline. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided on the Free Quote Form is accurate, complete and definitive. It is important that the client carefully completes all fields on the Free Quote Form. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided on the Free Quote Form is presented in a format that allows the Independent Author to provide you with the correct result. Please note that once the project is started with the given specifications, no further additional instructions will be received free of charge from the writer. If further instructions are given, we will charge extra for the additional instructions when they are completed or already started for the additional efforts. Any failure or delay in providing the required information by the customer will result in a physical delay in completing the project. In such a situation, the company, we will not be held liable.
No changes can be made to the order details once the Independent Writer has started working on the Order. If changes are requested that affect urgency, complexity or volume, the client may be asked to make an additional payment.
Nor can the author change their quote after submitting it to the client. It is his responsibility to responsibly study the requirements of each order and not the company or the client, in case he makes a request to increase his offer after acceptance by the client, this offer is final and irrevocable. In the event that changes to the order details affect the volume of work, complexity of the order or limit the terms of completion, the Client will be required to provide additional compensation.
In the event that the Customer requires the use of specific resources and information that require payment for the successful completion of the project, the Customer must provide those resources (electronic and otherwise) and the cost must be borne by the Customer and not the writer or company. If specific resources are not requested by the client, the author is responsible for finding them, provided that they are scientific, valid and verifiable, and are not detected by artificial intelligence detection tools.

Order Confirmation

We reserve the right to verify the details of an order after final payment to ensure that the client’s requirements are met. If any discrepancies are identified, we reserve the right to modify the order to meet the customer’s specifications.

Order Delivery

We strive to deliver orders in a timely manner and per the specifications described in the agreement between the client and the writer. But it is the responsibility of the client to make sure that delivery channels such as email addresses or account details provided are available and correct. We are not responsible for any delay or problem that is caused by the client’s error or omission in client information, spam filters, internet outages, or other client-side issues affecting delivery. Clients must contact our support team immediately in case of any problems with receiving their order.
The writers will deliver the work in parts (progressive delivery). You are encouraged to go through each draft and give feedback before the writer comes up with the final version.
For orders expiring within 12-24 hours, Customer must provide the material within 30 minutes of placing the order.
For orders 24-72 hours, within 1 hour.
For orders expiring 72+ hours, within 2 hours.
If Customer has not provided material within the time limit, additional payment and/or time will be required to complete the order. The Company is not responsible if the Order instructions have been changed or are incorrect from the beginning. If the Customer adds additional material after delivery of the work, all monies may be released to the author if the original instructions have been followed.
The Client is obliged to download the delivered product in due course once it is made available and review it. Failure to access or acknowledge the delivery within the time provided might lead to the order being marked as completed.
The Customer is responsible for the timely receipt of the product once it has been delivered.
All orders are delivered via our platform and not via email. Once the order is completed, the Customer will receive a notification within the platform. An email notification will also be sent to the registered email address with a link to the download page.
Customers should carefully review each Order before approving it. Once the author has received the full agreed amount, the project is considered complete. Eight days after the deadline, if no revision is requested, the funds will be automatically released as part of the author’s protection.
In case the Client has any complaints concerning the quality or lack of timeliness of the work delivered, a refund and/or dispute resolution can be addressed in line with our refund policy.
By using our Site and Services, you agree that you will be bound by this Delivery Policy and take all reasonable steps to facilitate an effective and successful delivery process.

Progress Tracking

The Client can track the progress of their orders through their personal account, where information about the order and its status is displayed. They can also contact the author at any time through any of the available communication channels to receive updates on the status of their order. By placing an order on the Website, the Customer acknowledges that it may take a few hours to receive a response from an Author.
If the Customer consistently annoys the Writer with abusive behavior or repeats the same messages and discourages or distracts the Writer, the Writer has the right to mute the Customer so that the Writer can meet the established schedule of partial and final deliveries.
The Customer can monitor the progress of the Order using their Personal Account, where information about each Order and its status is displayed.
When ordering the Services, you must not send the Editors any content that may be considered illegal, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, violent, harassing, tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

Revision / Return Policy

At Mastersessays.com, we work for the complete satisfaction of our clients by providing them with the best work. However, sometimes revisions are necessary to complete the work as per the client’s requirement.
Revision Requests: Revisions can be requested for free if the delivered work has not met the specified requirements or if the work contains a significant amount of errors. However, it is important to note that we reserve the right to decline revision requests in the event that the revision instructions are different from the initial order instructions. In this case, you will be required to place a separate order for editing or pay additional costs for the revision. Revisions can be requested directly with the writer through the platform. The client should clearly state the changes to be done in such a manner that will help the operations of the revision process be smooth.
Scope of Revisions: Revisions are made to correct errors, cover missed instructions, or refine the content. Revisions should not be used to introduce new instructions that were not part of the original order.
Revision Timeframe: Revisions requested within 7 days from the date of order submission are free. Revisions or changes requested after the 7-day period will attract some fee, to be determined by the level of difficulty in making the revision. Clients are encouraged to go through the drafts and give their feedback in good time for timely delivery and to avoid late revisions.
Limitations of Revisions: We reserve the right to decline or limit multiple revision requests if the client’s behavior shows obvious exploitation of the writer or when such revision requests are deemed excessive and unreasonable. In cases where revision requests are considered unreasonable, we may set limits on the number of revisions or add extra charges.
The witers reserve the right to reject a Review Request if the Review Instructions violate the original Order Instructions. In such cases, Customer may be required to pay additional fees for the requested changes or submit an Order for revisions.
If the request meets all specified requirements described in these Terms, the writer will review the Product delivered free of charge.
Final Approval: Upon completion of the revisions, the client is supposed to go through the revised work and approve it. In case feedback is not provided within the span agreed upon, the order will be considered complete.

Payment Policy

When submitting an order, we will only begin processing the order after payment for the order has been made and verified.
Accepted Payment Methods: We currently accept payments by secure online payment gateways. This may include credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and other methods that are specified on the website. Payments must be made in the currency as displayed at the time of order confirmation.

When submitting an order, you agree to pay for the Service provided. The writer begins working on the order only after payment for the Service has been made and authorized.
Within the price provided to the customer there is a service charge for the use of the company’s website.
The service fee is non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise expressly permitted in these Terms, our Refund Policy, or other policies available on our Website (e.g., when the order score is 0%).
Visa, Mastercard , Discover , American Express can be used for payments.
When you pay for the Services, you may be charged additional fees for your bank account. The Company is not responsible or liable for any additional charges, such as foreign transaction fees or other similar fees charged by your bank. Also, additional charges may apply based on your location and currency.
The account, order and payment method information you provide to us or our Payment Processor, as applicable, is true, correct and complete.
If any of your account, order or payment method information changes, you agree to update this information immediately so that we or our Payment Processor can complete your transactions and contact you as required. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your credit card, debit card or other payment methods by a third party in connection with your use of the Services.

Refund Policy

The client failed to provide essential information or responded late to the writer’s questions.
